- Patient-Centered Care: Provide individualized care to patients and their families based on their needs and goals.
- Nursing Assessment & Care Planning: Assess patients, develop care plans, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Patient Safety & Quality: Ensure safe, effective, therapeutic care and promote quality patient outcomes.
- Complex Case Management: Collaborate with healthcare professionals and seek additional resources for high-risk or complex clinical situations.
- Patient & Family Advocacy: Advocate for patients and families to ensure excellent, satisfactory care.
- Direct & Indirect Patient Care: Provide nursing care to an assigned group of patients based on their age, condition, and individual needs.
- Use of Nursing Process: Apply the nursing process consistently to deliver safe, age-appropriate, and effective care.
Required Certifications : CA RN license, CPR, NIH
