Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN), Medical-Surgical Floor The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care to adult acute-care patients by assessing needs, coordinating treatment, implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes. The position supports patients with critical disease states, orthopedic procedures, cardiac procedures, and acute or chronic illnesses.
Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, including weekend rotation, with participation in the call rotation of one call shift per two-week period.
- Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to work in Colorado; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association; current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association; current influenza vaccination with no exemptions; minimum of 2 years of acute care, medical-surgical, telemetry, or similar Registered Nurse experience.
- Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process while providing care to adult acute-care and observation patients.
