Assignment Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the ICU unit to provide high-quality care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical care skills and the ability to manage complex trauma cases, including stroke and burn patients. Experience with vent management, medication titration, and ICU drips is essential, along with proficiency in using RT equipment and EKG rhythms assessment.

Responsibilities
- Manage vent and medication titration
- Care for patients with art lines and central lines
- Administer and monitor all common ICU drips
- Float throughout the house excluding ER & OB
- Apply critical care knowledge to various patient cases
Qualifications
Required:
- Active IL license or confirmation of initiated application process
- Negative drug screen for all panels
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (AHA)
- Experience with complex trauma care
- Comfort with vent management and medication titration
Preferred:
- Experience with CRRT and EVD/ICP monitoring
