- Day shifts preferred -- nights a plus; 6+ shifts per month minimum
- Patient load -- 8 - 12 babies per APP based on acuity
- Level IV NICU -- high-acuity, fast-paced inpatient environment
- Large team environment with multi-APP coverage model
- NRP certification required
- New grad onboarding driving ongoing locum support need
- Board certification required
