One of our Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiac Surgeon for locum tenens weekend call coverage in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
The physician will provide urgent adult cardiac surgery consultations and operative coverage at a 163-bed acute care hospital, with APP support and approximately 2–4 hours of daily callback and rounding.
Assignment Highlights
Physician Compensation: $3,500 per 24-hour call period
Callback Compensation: $425/hour after 2 included callback hours per 24-hour period
Pay Ranking: Competitive upper-market cardiothoracic call compensation
Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania
Start Date: January 15, 2027
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
Coverage: 5 available weekends
Schedule: Friday 12 PM–Monday 7 AM
Approximately 2–4 hours of callback and rounding daily
Two gratis callback hours included per 24-hour call period
Adult cardiac surgery, ages 18+
Urgent surgical consultation and operative coverage
APP support
No TAVR required
Epic EMR
Pennsylvania license required
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible accepted
DEA required
Credentialing approximately 60 days
Temporary privileges possible with a clean file
