We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Physician for a 60-day assignment in Texas. The role involves per diem shifts, offering flexibility with 12-hour or 24-hour options. This position encompasses critical duties such as OB triage, delivery attendance, inpatient care, managing unassigned patients, private call coverage, ER consults for GYN emergencies, surgical assists at Cesarean sections, and active participation in emergency responses within Labor and Delivery.Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage OB triage and admissions
- Provide delivery attendance
- Deliver comprehensive inpatient care
- Evaluate and treat unassigned patients
- Provide private call coverage
- Cover the OB floor
- Conduct ER consults for GYN emergencies
- Perform surgical assists at Cesarean sections
- Respond to emergencies in Labor and Delivery
