Salary: $80K–$90K with bonus + benefits
Overview
A growing, high-volume restaurant is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations including FOH and BOH
- Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
- Manage financial performance including sales, labor, and cost controls
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Hire, train, and retain high-performing staff
- Execute company standards for operations, service, and cleanliness
- Drive sales growth through operational excellence and team leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Previous General Manager or Senior Manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Experience managing labor, food cost, and P&L performance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred
