Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- PT license
Assignment Details
- 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- On-call and weekend requirement: None.
- Coverage area includes Thomas, Brooks, and Colquitt counties.
- Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
