Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing facility experience
- California Physical Therapist license required to start
- Physical Therapist checklist and competency exam required to start
- HEP B required to start
- TB required to start
- Flu required to start
- Tdap required to start
