Our client in Texas is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a 3-day assignment, covering sporadic dates with immediate needs for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This role involves comprehensive emergency medicine duties as the sole physician in the ED, managing a diverse patient population from trauma to family medicine cases including gynecology, obstetrics, and comprehensive pediatric care from newborn through adolescent.Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the only physician in the Emergency Department.
- Manage a wide range of emergency medicine cases, including trauma level 4.
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care, including gynecology (well woman care).
- Handle obstetrics, including prenatal care and vaginal deliveries.
- Deliver comprehensive pediatric care from newborn through adolescent.

- Other Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
