- 24-hour shifts -- 8 am to 8 am
- 3 - 6 patients per shift
- Level II NICU -- collaborative APP and MD model
- Admissions required -- rounding on assigned patients
- UVC/UAC lines, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, intubations
- BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
