- 24-hour shifts: 8 am - 8 am
- 3 - 6 patients per shift
- Level II NICU -- hospital setting
- Primary provider overseeing daily care -- collaboration with MDs
- Required skills: UVC/UAC lines, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, intubations
- Leave coverage
