Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts | Expected 36 Hours/Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients requiring advanced hemodynamic and neurological assessment
- Perform and manage Intracranial Pressure (ICP) monitoring as required by patient acuity
- Operate and manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) for patients with acute kidney injury or failure
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience within the past 3 years
- ICP monitoring experience required
- CRRT experience required
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers will not be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-acuity or Level I/II trauma ICU environment
- Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills in a fast-paced setting
