Our client in PA seeks a Physician - Urology Surgeon for a 60-day assignment. This role involves clinic coverage during 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. shifts, focusing on a mix of cysto/stent procedures and office visits. The physician will manage a variety of urological cases including vasectomies, prostate procedures, ureteroscopies, and lithotripsy, ensuring comprehensive patient care within the practice.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform cysto/stent procedures and conduct office visits
- Manage vasectomy and vasectomy reversal cases
- Conduct cystoscopy and ureteroscopy in the OR
- Perform prostate procedures
- Address penile plication and, rarely, penile implants
- Execute lithotripsy procedures
- Provide support for circumcision on rare occasions if needed by OB
- Perform orchiopexy
- Manage a patient volume of usually around 24-28 per day, possibly less, but not more unless urgent
