- 5 - 10 shifts per month -- 8 - 10 hour shifts, days, nights, swings
- 1.5 - 2.3 patients per hour
- Hospital setting -- 65,000 annual ED visits
- No pediatric patients -- separate peds ED on site
- Standard emergency medicine procedures required
- ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required
