Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program (Master’s degree preferred).
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Primary Source Verification of RN License and Registration through the NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Seven (7) years of nursing experience, including five (5) years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of quality improvement, patient safety, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
