- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program (Master’s degree preferred).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Primary Source Verification of RN License and Registration through the NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Seven (7) years of nursing experience, including five (5) years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality improvement, patient safety, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
