Commitment Bonus (2-Year) : $15 ,000 for Day Shift , $20,000 for Night Shift
Shift Differentials: â¯â¯Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour

Department/Unit Summary
Join our team in a 39-bed Medical Surgical unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). With a 1:6 nurse to patient ratio, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:
Qualifications and requirements Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.
Additional requirements include:
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) is required withinâ¯30 days of hire.
- AHA ACLS and AHA PALS are required within six months of hire.â¯
- Handle With Care within 90 days of hireâ¯
- One year of experience preferred
