Join a select team as a Telephone Payment Processor with our Stevens Point client. This is an on-site position.
With a professional demeanor, will be handling inbound customer calls and processing insurance premium payments through a proprietary system.
Will work Monday-Friday on a set schedule; schedule options start between 7am-9:30am and end between 3:30pm-6pm. This temporary position is expected to last through mid-March 2026 and pays $20/hour.
- Strong customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Comfortable working with customers over the phone
- Proven exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated computer skill & ability to learn and adapt to new software
- Proven reliability and professionalism
