Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position requiring a MO or compact license and strong post-procedure and drips experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a telemetry unit within an acute care, teaching hospital
- Care for post-procedure patients requiring cardiac monitoring and drips
- Uses Cerner for charting
- Night shifts (3x12 hours, 19:00–07:00)
- On-call is required
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates are accepted
- Solid color scrubs required; no prints or non-approved undershirts allowed
- Free parking available
- All requested time off must be declared with application
- Float requirements determined by unit needs
Requirements
- Active MO or compact state RN license (no pending licenses)
- 1 year of recent telemetry RN experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in managing patients on drips and post-procedure cases
