Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred and highly relevant to this assignment.
- Experience with NetHealth or PCC electronic health record systems preferred.
- Ability to start and operate with minimal onboarding due to current clinician ending 7/17.
- New graduates considered only if they have prior SNF experience; resume submission required for consideration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in long-term care or post-acute rehabilitation settings.
- Familiarity with functional outcome measurement and documentation in SNF EHR workflows.
- Strong interdisciplinary communication and time management skills.
