Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working with older adults/geriatrics in skilled nursing or long-term care environments preferred.
- Experience using NetHealth/PCC or similar skilled nursing EMR preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a 100+ bed skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall prevention initiatives preferred.
