Required Qualifications

Active WA RN License or Compact License
Current BLS
Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience
Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
Comfortable caring for Med/Surg and Telemetry patients

Patient Population

CHF
Diabetes
UTI
Non-critical Sepsis
Hypertension
COPD
Isolation patients
End-of-life/Palliative care
Awaiting placement patients
General surgery post-op patients

Ratios & Support

RN Ratio: 1:4–1:5
CNA Ratio: 1:9
Monitor Techs available
Charge RN support

Skills Required

Telemetry monitoring
Rhythm interpretation
Heparin drip management
Cardizem drip management (up to 10 mg/hr)
CPAP/BiPAP patient care

Drips

Heparin (titrated)
Cardizem (limited titration)

Scheduling & Expectations

12-hour shifts
Weekend requirement based on unit needs
Holiday availability preferred
No call requirement
Float as needed
2-shift orientation

Offer Type: AUTO OFFER (Final approval required for any RTO)
