Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Circulate complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases, including CABG and AVR procedures.
- Perform aortic and abdominal aneurysm repairs.
- Manage ventricular assist devices and ECMO cases.
- Conduct femoral-popliteal bypass and carotid endarterectomy procedures.
- Assist in thoracotomy and robotic thoracotomy surgeries.
- Participate in call rotations every 5th weekday and weekend.
Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN license with 2-4 years of CVOR experience.
- BLS certification required.
- Expertise in CABG, AVR, and thoracic surgeries.
- Experience with aortic root replacements and vascular surgeries.
- Proficiency with Impella placements and ventricular assist devices.
- Ability to work in a 4 OR suite facility with a 1:1 patient ratio.
