Education
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Technical diploma, associate degree in Electrical Technology, or completion of an approved apprenticeship program preferred.
Experience
* 3 years of industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or maintenance electrical experience preferred.
* Experience troubleshooting electrical control systems, motors, PLCs, and industrial equipment is highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Strong knowledge of electrical theory and industrial electrical systems.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and blueprints.
* Knowledge of conduit installation, wire sizing, splicing, and electrical code requirements.
* Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic control systems.
* Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and automated manufacturing processes.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to work at heights and around energized equipment while following established safety procedures.
* Ability to work overtime, weekends, and off-shifts as required.
