Education
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Technical certification, apprenticeship, or Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, HVAC, or a related field preferred.
Experience
* 3 years of industrial maintenance experience or related field preferred.
* Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment in a production environment preferred.
* Experience with PLCs, electrical systems, motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
* Knowledge of industrial controls, sensors, motors, conveyors, pumps, and automation systems.
* Ability to operate maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds regularly.
* Ability to work in industrial environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and production conditions.
