Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the ICU
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Float to units within clinical competence as needed
- Adhere to a rotating shift schedule including weekend requirements
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician's orders
- Maintain accurate documentation in patient medical records
Qualifications
- BSN preferred; ADN accepted with 6 years of experience
- Colorado RN license or multi-state compact license
- Current PALS, ACLS, BLS certifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years Staff RN experience in dedicated CVPICU
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- CCRN and VAD experience preferred; teaching hospital experience strongly favored
