Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience
- Strong skills in prioritization, time management, and patient flow
- Comfort working in high-acuity, fast-moving clinical environments
- Ability to remain calm during stressful situations and respond effectively to changing patient needs
- De-escalation and CPI experience preferred
- Team-focused, patient-centered attitude with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Assess, monitor, and respond to patient needs in a fast-paced ER setting
- Support emergency interventions and assist with common ED procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver timely care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards
- Promote a safe, organized, and compassionate environment for patients and families
- Contribute to a positive team culture through professionalism, flexibility, and strong communication
