Summary:
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in Lubbock, Texas.

Job Details:

**Required Experience and Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is a hardstop requirement.
- Specific amount of experience required: at least 1 year.
- Must have a compact license in hand at submission.
**Preferred Experience:**
- Previous Charge Experience.
- LTAC Experience.
- Trauma Level I Experience.
- Trauma Level II Experience.
**Certifications:**
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
- BLS (Basic Life Support).
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale).
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course).
**Skills:**
- BiPAP/CPAP management.
- Care of Ventilated Patients.
- Central line care/management.
- Management of dysrhythmias.
- Isolation Precautions/PPE.
- IV vasopressors.
- Triage skills.
- Experience at a Level II Trauma Center.
- Experience at a Stroke Certified Facility.
**Charting System:**
- Experience with Epic charting system is required.
**Other Requirements:**
- Community Hospital Experience required.
- Must have 2 references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years, can include Charge RNs/Lead.
