Locums Obstetrics And Gynecology Physician in Iron Mountain, Michigan - Long-Term Coverage
Build a recurring monthly schedule with 24-hour OB and GYN coverage and the option for limited weekday prenatal clinic responsibilities.
Highlights
- Any active U.S. medical license accepted
- 7-10 days of coverage per month
- Long-term recurring assignment
- Laborist and call-only candidates considered
Practice & Cases
- Adult OB and GYN care with labor and delivery responsibilities
- Approximately 12 clinic patients and 1-2 hospital patients per shift
- Routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections, breech, multiple births, and VBACs
- Support includes RNs, medical assistants, APP coverage, and administrative staff
Schedule
- 24-hour coverage shifts
- Beeper call with a 15-minute response requirement
- Recurring 7-10 day monthly coverage
- Limited prenatal clinic coverage may be included on weekdays
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Board Eligible within five years
- Any active U.S. medical license accepted
- BLS required
