Contract | 13 Weeks | Rotating 12-Hour Shifts | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
- Rotate through variable 12-hour shifts, including every third weekend and every other holiday
- Assume Charge RN responsibilities as assigned
- May be required to float to other regional facilities as needed, with float shifts potentially prescheduled
- May be placed on call during low census periods with applicable on-call pay
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR (required)
Required Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- PALS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience
- Proficiency in Epic EMR is required
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Charge RN or leadership role within an emergency department
- Familiarity with multi-site or float pool nursing environments
- Experience working in rural or critical access hospital settings
