Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Bachelors degree from the Commission of Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Must possess a valid, current, full and unrestricted license in any state within the United States, District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico during tenure of employment
- Must have and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a licensed PT
- Must have outpatient experience
- Applicant must meet requirements to be credentialed to serve on the Medical Staff
- Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start
Assignment Details
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
- Weekend rotation for inpatient coverage
- May float to another clinic location
- Inpatient and outpatient setting
