Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- 2 years of experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Pediatric experience with patients ages 5 and younger
- Adult experience, including dysphagia and neuro
- Experience with Videofluoroscopy (VFSS) or Modified Barium Swallowing (MBS)
- Experience with Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES)
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 8am - 5pm
- Shift Days: Monday - Friday
- Setting includes inpatient and outpatient care

Location Highlights
Tuba City offers access to notable landmarks in northern Arizona and a setting suited to travelers who enjoy wide-open landscapes. The town is approximately 75 miles from Grand Canyon National Park and about 50 miles from Horseshoe Bend in Page. Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park is roughly 125 miles northeast, and Lake Powell provides boating and waterfront recreation about 70 miles away. The area also offers access to Navajo Nation cultural sites and scenic routes along US-160, which connects travelers to Flagstaff in about 80 miles.
