Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Trauma ICU setting within a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma Center teaching hospital
- Utilize Cerner for all clinical documentation and charting
- Float within scope to ICU and Telemetry units based on facility staffing needs
- Adhere to all facility dress code and compliance standards throughout the assignment
- Complete required orientation modules as assigned during onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Active, valid RN state license (no pending licenses accepted)
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Weekend availability required
- Must be available for up to 3x12-hour night shifts per week; up to 3 shift cancellations may occur over the course of a 13-week assignment
- Local candidates are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a trauma or high-acuity ICU environment
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records
- Ability to adapt to float assignments across ICU and Telemetry units
