Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry/Observation Unit setting
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
- Perform assessments and interventions in accordance with unit protocols and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
- Adhere to all facility dress code and compliance requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license required at time of submission
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of Telemetry nursing experience
- Local candidates are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an Observation Unit setting
- Strong telemetry interpretation and cardiac monitoring skills
- Ability to adapt to facility-specific protocols and compliance requirements
