Contract | Night Shift | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, monitoring and responding to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Perform and interpret assessments using NIHSS and other clinical tools as required
- Operate and manage patients receiving Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of ICU experience
- Active Georgia RN license or compact nursing license — must be in hand at time of submission
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
- NIHSS certification or demonstrated proficiency in NIH Stroke Scale assessments
