Contract | Days | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in an acute care hospital setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or compact eligibility
- Current BLS certification required
- Prior experience in a Medical Surgical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-volume acute care hospital environment
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
