Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, managing complex and critically ill patients
- Perform and monitor Intracranial Pressure (ICP) management as required by patient acuity
- Operate and manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) equipment and protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience within the past 3 years
- ICP experience required
- CRRT experience required
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (no local travelers)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-acuity academic or teaching hospital environment
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in fast-paced ICU settings
