Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | On-call required (details discussed during interview)
Key Responsibilities
- Circulate, scrub, and monitor procedural cases within the Cardiac Cath Lab / EP setting
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
- Participate in on-call rotation as required by the unit
- Maintain compliance with all required competencies and annual education requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license – permanent Ohio license or compact license required and must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 1 year of permanent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab / EP (combined experience accepted; preferred within a single location)
- BLS certification – active and in hand at time of submission; no pending certifications accepted
- ACLS certification – active and in hand at time of submission; no pending certifications accepted
- One professional reference required from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months (co-worker references are not accepted)
- Local candidates are welcome and will be considered at the standard rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience within a single Cath Lab / EP location preferred
- Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition
- Prior travel nursing experience in a high-acuity procedural environment
