Contract | Night Shift | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in an acute care setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient condition, reporting changes to the care team as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or compact licensure eligibility
- Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing role
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an acute care hospital environment
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
