Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
- Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed
- Adhere to all facility policies, compliance requirements, and orientation schedules
- Work assigned major holidays as determined by the holiday policy applicable to the assignment period
- Complete all required specialty modules during orientation as directed
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience
- All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission — no schedule changes or RTO requests will be accepted post-offer or on-site
- No RTO may be requested during orientation week (Monday–Sunday)
- Maximum of 7 days RTO per contract
- Full compliance with onboarding requirements; core items and labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing, with all compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start
- Local candidates are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred, though first-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and facility-specific protocols
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in emergency care settings
