Key Responsibilities
- Float to all critical care floors as assigned, providing direct patient care in an ICU setting
- Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department, with limited patient assignments as applicable
- Support MTC, Step-Down, and PACU units for holds as needed
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care across multiple units
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU or critical care experience in a similarly sized facility
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
- Familiarity with Emergency Department nursing workflows
- Experience in Step-Down, MTC, or PACU settings
