Key Responsibilities
- Float across multiple campuses and ICU settings including PICU, NICU, TDICU, and CICU
- Provide care in general and specialty areas as needed in addition to ICU assignments
- Maintain patient ratios of 2–3:1 in intensive care settings
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Make up any missed shifts as required per facility policy
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license or valid compact nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years of PICU or Pediatric CICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system
- Must pass drug screening; facility is nicotine-free
- Flu vaccine required — no exemptions permitted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience floating across multiple ICU specialties within a pediatric setting
- Familiarity with multi-campus healthcare environments
