- 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday; Saturday shifts 7 am - 3:30 pm available
- 18 - 20 patients per day
- Ages 5+ patient population
- Chronic and preventive disease management and screening
- Well women care and well child/vaccinations
- Same day and sick visits

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
