Express Employment Professionals is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a local company's team!
This position focuses on a few important HR administrative responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with employees, keeping accurate records, and helping daily operations run smoothly.
💼 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
✅ Tracking employee time and attendance.
✅ Monitoring attendance records for accuracy.
✅ Handling and processing employee PTO (Paid Time Off) requests.
✅ Maintaining organized and confidential employee records.
✅ Communicating professionally with employees and management regarding attendance and PTO.
🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
⭐ Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
⭐ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
⭐ Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
⭐ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
⭐ Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
⭐ Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
⭐ Willingness to travel between two company locations as needed.
⭐ Availability to work 2nd shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
🎓 EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED required.
