Position Overview
This position involves providing high-quality nursing care within an emergency room setting. The role requires a compassionate and proactive approach to patient care, ensuring safety and comfort for all patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
- Meet emotional and physical needs of patients in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency room environment.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Work Schedule
This position requires availability for the night shift, working from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
