Job Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs assessments through interviews, surveys, and performance data.
Design and develop instructional materials, including facilitator guides, e‑learning modules, job aids, and workshops.
Build e‑learning content using tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
Facilitate training sessions in-person or virtually.
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and follow‑up studies.
Maintain training records and curriculum databases.
Collaborate with managers, SMEs, and vendors to design and deliver learning solutions.
Requiured Experience & Certification:
2 Years of experience within the speciality.
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
NRP
AWHONN
TX state license or Any compact license
Med Ninjas Job ID #19458. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
