Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Specialist based in San Antonio, TX. This role involves independently monitoring Afib/Afluter ablation cases and scrubbing procedures including Ablations and Pacemakers. The position offers a dynamic environment requiring flexibility and a strong technical skill set.
Job Details
- Position Description: Unit includes a 110-bed facility with a dedicated catheterization and electrophysiology laboratory featuring advanced Siemens and Philips equipment, utilizing Meditech electronic medical records.
- Required Qualifications: RCIS, RCES, ACLS, BLS certifications; relevant experience in Cardiac Cath Lab procedures; completed specialized training; ability to monitor Afib/Afluter ablation cases independently; flexible with schedule and shift needs.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours, minimum 40 hours per week, from 0600 to 2200, including potential call responsibilities.
- Additional Information: Candidates must be able to jump between electrophysiology and catheterization lab settings to perform a variety of procedures such as Ablations, PPM, Watchman, LHC, PCI, and more. Flexibility for extended hours, weekend call, and on-call duties is required. Adherence to hospital dress code and policies is expected.
