Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- OR and WA license required prior to start
- Previous home health experience required
- HCHB experience required
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Territory: 50-mile radius from the office.
- Productivity expectation: 30 points per week, 6 daily.
