Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Previous home health experience required
- HCHB experience required
Assignment Details
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Coverage area includes a 50-mile radius from the office
- Productivity expectation: 30 points per week, averaging 6 daily
